Nella provincia di Pesaro e Urbino tra borghi ricchi di storia, paesaggi dalla natura incontaminata, tesori d’arte e sapienze artigianali d’eccellenza si snoda un percorso alla scoperta dei sapori. Si tratta di un percorso di qualità, un vero e proprio viaggio illustrato in una mappa, dove si scopre un paesaggio dalle mille sfumature: ricco di tanti luoghi d’arte e altrettante tipicita’ del territorio. Perché la cultura passa anche attraverso quello che si produce e che si mangia… 
“DESTINAZIONE GUSTO” e’il nome del programma ideato dalla Provincia di Pesaro e Urbino, in collaborazione con la Regione, il quale traccia un percorso del tartufo e della birra artigianale. Si trovano indicazioni relative alle varie fiere nazionali del tartufo (la provincia di PU ha tre fiere nazionali del tartufo – Acqualagna, Sant’Angelo in Vado e Pergola – che si aggiungono alle proposte di altri territori) e gli altri luoghi dove gustare il pregiato tubero. Presenta inoltre le produzioni D.O.P. del territorio (prosciutto di Carpegna, olio Cartoceto e Casciotta di Urbino) e gli 8 birrifici artigianali, indicando anche cosa c’è da vedere nei dintorni.
Un’altro programma molto interessante proposto dalla Provincia di Pesaro e Urbino e’ “LA STRADA DEL GUSTO”, una pubblicazione che illustra le eccellenze enogastronomiche di un tratto di strada riconoscibile nella S.P. 26 della Provincia stessa.

Pesaro and Urbino: from the truffle to the beer!
The province of Pesaro and Urbino does not only offer to visitors some ancient towns where you can breathe history, amazing natural landscapes, art treasures and extraordinary craftsmanship…besides all this, you can also discover the best of the local flavors. You can enjoy a path of quality, a real route illustrated in a map, for a territory with a thousand shades: as rich in art as in exceptional local culinary tradition. Never forget culture goes through what you produce and what you eat, as well. “DESTINATION FLAVOUR” is the name of an itinerary created by the Province of Pesaro and Urbino, together with Le Marche Region, which traces a path of truffles and craft beers.
It provides detailed information about the different national truffle fairs (the province of PU has three national truffle fairs – Acqualagna, Sant’Angelo in Vado and Pergola – in addition to the offer of other territories) and other places where you can enjoy this precious tuber. It is a real route map where you can also find out some other unique products (the “Carpegna ham”, the “Cartoceto olive oil” and the “Casciotta of Urbino”) and 8 craft breweries, giving you precious indication of what to visit in the surrounding areas.Another interesting itinerary suggested by the Province of Pesaro and Urbino is the “THE ROAD OF FLAVOURS“, an integrated tourist itinerary through beautiful locations renowned for their excellent, organically produced food and wine on the road called “S.P. 26”
